Pros

Good visibility since the company is small. The values and culture are good. Employee friendly.

Cons

There are frequent changes and delays to the annual increment cycles, and arrears are not paid. Some skill sets do not have backup projects to be aligned in should there be business shifts, and the rotation scope is limited. Skill-based Learning and development opportunities are extremely rare. The salary benchmarking process is vague and happens rarely.
