Pros

The challenge of this work has potential to build your character.

Cons

There is not enough support or consistency for you to actually build yourself in your presenting practice. They throw new scripts at you all the time so you barely get the chance to polish your presenting on one before moving in to the next. (I.e only presented my first two scripts once each before they wanted me to present two more new ones). There are not clear expectations regarding the level to which you should make the scripts relevant and the level to which you must stick to it. They say you must stick to it for quality purposes but it’s not possible when some of the references in scripts are over 10 years old. High workload and you don’t get compensated for all the extra hours of learning scripts and developing your practice and performance.

Pros

The salary is good also with the commission and kpis can go up to 15k

Cons

Everything, starting from the environment to the leaders and even the HRs and personnel's there are the worst, they're not professional nor skilled. The job is already stressful enough, you'll get harassed everyday from consumers that use lang profanity 24/7.

Hello Reviewer, The review you wrote does not belong to this "Elevate" as we don't have an office in Cairo. We are a law company and don't have a commission structure as you describe. Would you be so kind as to locate the correct "Elevate" and remove this review from our page? I'm happy to help directly if you want to write to me, Joyce Thorne, Chief People Office at joyce.thorne@elevate.law
