      Pros

      The hiring process was quite smooth here. Did not have to wait long for all the processes. Everything was done on time. The management and the other team members are quite supportive and helpful in the organization. There is no "rule" to connect with anyone. Everybody is communicative and readily available.

      Dynamic working experience and work profile

      Too much politics by Management (especially Chandigarh people) Very poor work life balance. Global team tries to implement MNC culture but Chandigarh people are still stuck with Lala culture (so it's a Semi-MNC culture company) No value given to Manager's word Salary not at par with Market due to Chandigarh location (company takes advantage) Unnecessary pay cuts during pandemic just to take advantage of situation
