Pros

High salary - fully remote

Cons

Highly disorganized and unprofessional work enviorment. Expect to be "on call" 24/7 to sit on calls with CEO while he rants for hours about nonsense. Everyone is stressed and miserable.

Do not believe the latest influx of 5 star reviews

Pros

- absolutely none other than being trauma bonded with the people I worked with who also have left the company.

Cons

- the CEO is telling people to write 5 star reviews because he almost lost a brand sponsorship (if you do not believe me, please check back to review that aren't recent / five stars and you will find the truth) - the most toxic place and CEO I've ever worked for. he was and i'm sure still is emotionally abusive (would get called vulgar names on the regular). - CEO has absolutely no personal or professional boundaries - CEO would be upset if you had a doctor's appointment - CEO would be upset if you had a family or children's event - CEO would threaten to fire you every day over absolutely nothing. it was emotional warfare. - CEO manipulates you to stay by offering you more money or bonuses - it's a revolving door. if anyone is there longer than a year it's a shocker.

Worst company/culture - RUN If I could give negative stars I would...

Pros

Remote Pay was decent until they removed the bonus program

Cons

This CEO was like watching a slow-motion train wreck — entirely predictable, yet somehow worse than expected. Leadership decisions were erratic, uninformed, and often driven more by ego than data. Strategy changed weekly, accountability was nonexistent, and toxic culture trickled down from the top. Every failure was blamed on the team, the market, or “external forces” — never on the person making the calls. RUN
