Cons

Extremely difficult CEO / Founder who makes it feel like he owns you outside of business hours. Lots of yes men who don't push back when they should - making things very difficult to drive forward.

Remote Pay was decent until they removed the bonus program

Cons

This CEO was like watching a slow-motion train wreck — entirely predictable, yet somehow worse than expected. Leadership decisions were erratic, uninformed, and often driven more by ego than data. Strategy changed weekly, accountability was nonexistent, and toxic culture trickled down from the top. Every failure was blamed on the team, the market, or “external forces” — never on the person making the calls. RUN
