Very few pros at all.

Cons

This is the worst CEO I have ever worked for. Delusional and unrealistic expectations. I watched them cycle through executives like empty beer cans. No matter how smart or talented employees are, they have no chance to succeed.

none, the whole company is a disaster

Cons

the trauma you'll endure from just 5 months with this company is enough to stay away. this is the most toxic workplace I've ever been apart of from the founder to the leadership that surrounds him. A bunch of pathetic yes men who don't know how to speak up or stand up for themselves or their teams. fear mongering and zero boundaries is the name of the game here.
