Pros

Absolutely no Pros. Horrific place to be. I would give this place less than zero stars if I could. Believe the terrible reviews you read. They are true and far too kind from what I have personally witnessed.

Cons

Incredibly bad leadership. CEO is a shrill of a man and has no dignity, ethical compass or humanity whatsoever. Do not accept an offer here. You will regret it no matter how much you may need the money.

The pay structure and potential is really good.

Cons

Company culture does not exist and nothing will ever be good enough. The whole company sits on egg shells all the time.

Pros

Somehow they have managed to attract a few solid employees, although they have all joined within the last year so likely will not last.

Cons

The CEO is terrible, and not just as a leader but as a person. He is a bully who gets what he wants through a combination of condescension and temper tantrums. When I joined the vast majority of the staff was brand new. I was told it was because the company was going through a huge growth stage. Total lie. They can’t keep employees.
