Elevo has a lot of incredible staff that truly care about Elevo's mission and doing the best in their roles each and every day. Everyone is so helpful, kind and high-energy, which makes working in the hybrid/remote setting a lot of fun. The energy in the room when we are all together in person a couple times a year is absolutely infectious and it's really inspiring to see how hard people work to make a positive impact in the lives of students in California. The owners are so open to ideas, suggestions and feedback which makes for an innovative company culture where no matter what role, level or tenure you are at, you can help shape the direction the company is going!
