Pros
You get to play and work with kids. The pay is decent at the beginning. I enjoyed working with the school districts. Learned fun social distancing games.
Cons
Contracts are every semester. You’re not guaranteed a job after the fall into the winter. Job requirements change and the pay doesn’t match your work. You’re never given a straight answer when you have concerns.
