      The schedule is consistent and steady.

      Cons

      No benefits due to part time work. Management reduced my pay when starting new school year but didn't reduce pay for male coworker. Management provided little to no training and scapegoated me when I was a supervisor for something I had no control over.

      Flexibility was great and they had a higher salary than other jobs

      Cons

      Terrible leadership. Co-founders would benefit from stepping aside and having a different CEO takeover. Culture was toxic. Teammates were mean. Worst team I’ve ever worked on. Turnover is extremely high. Not worth it and stay far far away. Most of the other sales team members would say the same. Only white men in the executive roles. They don’t practice what they preach
