1. Kids are fun and great to work with 2. Definitely can move up easily 3. Pay is decent 4. Good job for young professionals / college students

Cons

The dynamics at the location I worked at felt like a fraternity house. From the moment I started to the day I left I felt like I was bullied by male coworkers. I voiced this to management as it was impacting the classroom& these staff spoke about inappropriate subjects around the children. Management continued to do nothing about it. In fact, I was told that maybe it’s the way I say things… as if I deserve the treatment. It felt like a very sexist environment. Tbh it felt like they hire anyone for these roles as I do not recall them asking for references. Glad I left this place. Felt like the blind leading the blind.

Fun time at work with a bunch of kids. Doesn't feel like work!

Cons

The shift times are only 2-6 which is not ideal for me. They are short, but at an awkward part of the day where you sort of have to work around this small shift everyday.
