Pros

Elevo staff are very open, welcoming, and growth mindset energy. They are generous and take good care for each other.

Cons

Although a great full time job, the coaches tend to get the short end of the stick. Coaches turnover is soo high due to not providing consistent work hours during breaks, such as: spring break, winter break, summer, etc.

Pros

The kids and the rapport you build with them and school staff. Very diverse work culture.

Cons

Overworked as a coach and the management tries really hard to keep you part-time so you never get any benefits. Former coaches will give you a bad reputation with most schools and school staff can make your job really difficult because of it.

Pros

#1... you make an impact in the lives of kids #2... it is a afterschool part time job leaving you open in the mornings

Cons

#1... Working with a large number of kids is overwhelming. #2... Pay is limited to the type of deal they make for the district. Tops $20/hr.
