      Poor communication with staff. Lots of attention on recruiting. No attention on retaining.

      Pros

      Very enjoyable job had lots of fun and didn’t really dread going into work. They hire good people that are easy to get along with. For the most part we’re very understanding and helpful throughout the time I was with them.

      Cons

      Management is an issue it was really good at first then a few changes where made new manger came in and everything go out of order this isn’t my opinion it’s multiple peoples opinions. It was just very delayed responses or not even responding at times would also mix people’s schedules and just not really be on top of things.

      -Management is full of younger people who care but lack experience -If the school you are assigned to is bought in, you will have a good time -Very easy

      Cons

      -Management makes a lot of mistakes and seems to be spread too thin. If the school you're assigned to isn't doing SEL, management won't advocate for you -Seems to be throwing away California SEL-allotted money in many cases
