      Pros

      Elliott Aviation has a positive leadership team with not only a customer focus but an employee focus as well. They are willing to listen to suggestions from employees and make changes if necessary.

      Cons

      ETO accrued isn't the best unless you have worked for the company for many years. There is no sick time or volunteer time offered. It is expected to be used from ETO, which some people have to save up to be able to take a yearly vacation.

      Learning aviation industry. Build a network of contacts.

      Cons

      Does not matter what you have done for the company, they will terminate you with no severance regardless of years of service. High turnover. Lack of coaching for senior leadership. Revolving door in management.

      Elliott Aviation has stabilized the perceived turnover situation by creating an environment employees are sticking around to be a part of. We still have a strong employee base that has over 15-40 years experience with us. Leadership has been stabilized and comprised of a team who have been with the company for some time. They understand the importance of a strong customer and employee focus and have strong relationships and experience in industry. Employee and customer feedback is strong. We appreciate your feedback.
