Remote work was great. Benefits normal.

Cons

If you leave, never apply again. HR will state you are eligible for rehire. You will apply for positions you once held or even lower than your skill set. You will have one great interview after another. They will state how they are hurting for people like you. Then you get word that you were not selected. Over and over again.

Work at home; some excellent people employed. Better alignment of functional areas, but still behind in product management delivering global solutions.

Cons

Difficult to escalate criticism despite company values encouraging an open forum without retaliation. HR is allied with executive and upper management, not employees.
