Lower and mid level managers are vicious backstabbing climbers. Overpaid and low talented consultants. Instability of contracts.

My manager was great. He called me out when I wasn't doing my job correctly, and he gave me all the credit when I got my act together and begin excelling at the job.

Cons

The onsite C.I.O. was a paper pusher and a politician, and was relatively incompetent in managing personnel or technical issues.

Cons

There seems to be a negative energy at Ellucian. It feels connected to the history of acquisitions and layoffs in the past.
