      Good pay, unlimited coffee, tea, soda

      Cons

      Company is very Cut Throat. Only hires Contractors-no job security. Problematic old equipment that new hires are expected to fix in training. Training is a game of chess for the instructor. Ask no questions as this ensures you a pink slip.

      The Banner software provides a solid enterprise solution for higher education. It is good to work with a dependable product.

      Cons

      The management teams are competing with each for business. The result is a confusing delivery solution for both the consultants and the client. Administration focuses on the success of sales and not on the improvement of the product. The product will not be competitive in the near future if there is not a significant infusion of funds, innovation, and staff in the development area.
