      Management constant shuffle. Good old club keep changing their positions to cover each others a$$ from their inability to deliver on their objectives. No follow through, not because teams couldn't do it, but rather because management has ADD

      Pros

      Since there are so few employees to do so much work, you can get experience with an incredible range of technologies and platforms if you are motivated. Higher education is an incredible industry and the clients are amazing.

      Cons

      Management is just awful. There is no other way to say it. There is no training provided, which is detrimental in the technology field. Development is stagnant, what little they do release is definitely not cutting edge.
