Pros

Elon is very supportive of their employees and the company culture is that it is the Elon family. As a result, it is a great place to work in order to have work/life balance. Most jobs have a lot of variety to them and keeps things interesting.

Cons

While the salaries are fair, it is an educational institution. As a result, they will usually be less than those in corporate sectors. However, the benefits package is wonderful and does a lot to compensate for slightly lower salaries.

Great sense of community and great perks when it comes to employee appreciation. Students are really pleasant to work with.

Cons

Very antiquated management styles and lack of support for employee development. Promotions seem biased and unfair.
