Pros
This is a small private university that is growing and expanding. The major areas it is know for are Communications, Physical Therapy and Liberal Arts. The work environment is friendly, not alot of micro-management. If you get your work done, everybody get's along.
Cons
It's in a small town outside Greensboro, NC, so some of the salaries may not be as competitive as other major metropolitan cities. You will have to drive a little ways for more adventurous night life and other events.
