Pros

The people, travel opportunities, fair wage increase over the years and great benefits. A diverse employee roster made the workplace interesting. I felt like employees were given the opportunity to move up fairly quickly.

Cons

Publishing doesn't pay well and at times I felt like I was putting in too many hours for my low starting salary. Certain subgroups within the company seemed better compensated than others.

Pros

Superior products. The employees are passionate about how their work improves research outcomes. The company is continually looking to the future to understand how to serve their research community better.

Cons

The large matrix organization can make it difficult to get things done quickly. The work/life balance can be challenging with so many ambitions amongst a passionate employee base.
