      Not bad if you like working for someone who is constantly changing goals

      Pros

      Great team of people to work with.

      Cons

      Leadership was severely lacking. Owner of the company has a death grip on anything to do with moving the company forward and had forced out several designers and refused to take any constructive criticism without taking it personally. Would constantly switch hats so you never knew if you were talking to a coworker, a developer or the boss who would fire you in a huff. Massive mood swings and preferential treatment of certain employees made for a fearful and sometimes hostile environment.

      Pros

      Great culture, amazing professionals and great perks. Lunch on Fridays, work from home options, among other benefits. Encouraged to grow professionally and personally, understanding the meaning of life-balance.

      Cons

      CEO have a micromanagement paranoia, having the final word on every decision that goes in the company, refusing to trust the professionals he hired for those jobs. High turnover. Sudden and unexpected change of ideas.

      A horribly tumultuous time with incredibly high turnover, horrible leadership, and constantly failing infrastructure.

      There are some really amazing people there that are kind, smart, and dedicated. Also, lunch every Friday.

      Cons

      The CEO The tiny space in which they shoved so many of us. Being led by leaders that have no knowledge of the department they are leading. The inability of the company to keep employees.
