Good culture, bad management

My co-workers were incredibly talented, driven and ambitious people. They created an atmosphere where you could collaborate and thrive on.

Cons

The CEO thought of himself as a jack of all trades when, in reality, he only had experience in code. Whether it was UI, copy, marketing strategy or code, he could snuff out the fire in the most talented employee in their subject matter by simply saying, “no” when quality ideas were brought to light. There were even times where he would shame employees on the open floor for not agreeing with his methods.

Cons

This company does not value a work-life/balance. Be prepared to spend most of your time juggling many high priorities that shift constantly.
