Good technical environment, a lot of politics

Pros

- excellent technical level of colleagues - excellent agile methodology usage - decent office space, in ultra central location - multinational environment

Cons

- increased level of politics that in the end made the products fail as well as company - engineers that were not in line with company's directions (although proven they were right) left at a high pace

Great people, great technology, great culture.

Cons

Products have lacked investment in recent years. The acquisition has created some uncertainties for the future which has resulted many employees leaving, being let go or looking to leave.

Friendly work environment, the majority of the staff are pleasant individuals to work with No real other upsides to the company

Cons

Compensation compared to the market standard is pretty poor Recognition for hard work os negligible and is lauded onto management, with those lower down the hierarchy receiving little to no acknowledgment A strong tradition of 'Grandfather rights' which limits progression
