Pros

Some nice folk work for Embarcadero but that is really the only good thing about this company, ditto ditto ditto ditto ditto ditto ditto ditto ditto ditto ditto ditto ditto ditto just to make up the 20 words.

Cons

No pay rise in 4 years, no real benefits, the pay is very much below average, old culture of you must be in the office, no ability to work from home when needed, targets are impossible to achieve especially if they go up by over 50% year on year. The only people that seem to get paid well are management! Take a look in the managers car park spaces!

Very good company to start your career

Pros

1 - very professional environment 2 - perfect place to grow as a junior developer (code review phase as mandatory step in a task life cycle is a great thing for juniors) 3 - the most accurate agile process in Iasi at this point in my opinion 4 - they have their own product where and they aren't an outsourcing company. This gives an ownership feeling over the developed product for the employees

Cons

In my opinion currently Embarcadero is way below the labor market in Iasi regarding the salaries. As far as I understood - but could be that I'm wrong - they closed an entire project in Iasi and basically this way that had to let some people go.
