Interesting place to work. Perfect place to start

Pros

- Ability to do something useful for Delphi line of Object Pascal language and possibility to see how Delphi works inside. - Ability to improve your professional skills and learn something new for you further career. - Working in the international team, you can improve your English language skills (for not native speakers). - Work with great people who love their job.

Cons

- There are no business trips unfortunately. It could be very useful for sharing real experiences between departments. Therefore, departments are quite isolated. - Some local offices are small which means there are no corporate events. - Not so big salaries.

Pros

The team was great, interesting and friendly people. The schedule was not very strict. A good starting point for juniors.

Cons

As a QA engineer, unless you have initiative, it can get a bit boring to perform the same tasks each day even if the product is evolving.

Pros

Nice co-workers , I don't realize how but in ordinary positions they hire fabulous peoples which are not properly used.

Cons

The management is very poor, the peoples that are put in heading positions don't know well even the products . The single way to go higher in hierarchy is to be very good friend or lover to a department manager.
