Great team and great products! Flexible schedule, English cources, Health insurance for all family

No additional bounties for good job, but this is not the real con. Complex and long management coordination processes which may slow down the development work

Your colleagues are great, the office location is and layout is great. The work can be as interesting as you make it - if you go out looking for challenges, you'll find fun problems to work with. If you like to keep it boring, that's an option available to you

Cons

Leadership changes directions more often then necessary. All upper management is in California and not very accessible
