      Pros

      Enjoyed the small dept, really got your hands around the work and gained a lot of experience.

      Cons

      Nonprofit company. The mission is intrinsically rewarding; the salaries for the business departments won't set any upward trends.

      A company you can be proud to work for - whether you're in an administrative role or directly interacting with clients you are impacting the life of a child. Company management has big ideas - and they value the input of their employees. Salaries are compeitive within the non-profit market.

      Cons

      Working day to day with kids and families that have suffered horribly can take it's toll. Not everyone works there for the right reasons.
