You are there for the kids, but you're on your own for the kids.

Cons

They over work you, expect everything from you, even when they do not give you any down time. They do not care about these kids just the money that comes with them.

I am forever grateful for my years at EmberHope Youthville. I worked with some of the nicest and most caring staff and management! The paid time off and holiday schedules were very generous and created a culture where we could take the time off we needed to refresh our minds, spirits and to spend time with family.

Cons

Hard question, I can't really think of any.

Cons

Vary little training, CEO is unreliable, Business lost sense of what their main goal was. Clients suffer due to lack of training and management getting involved.
