Pros

The union folks are protected and make out well ( income wise ), but as professionals are looked at as deplorables, too bad they do a great job

Cons

The union folks are protected and make out well ( income wise ) . Salary , forget about it , unless you want to work 60 hours a week with no compensation. Salary leadership is week . I think they call it fox hole management, spying on people , giving poor reviews, monitoring restroom time ... Really , Grow Up Losers!!!!

Pros

There are lots of great employees and some great leaders

Cons

The company has been going through a lot of change. The CEO seems to want to change the culture and make it a better place. There are some great leaders at the company, but it seems that she has some leaders on her team that are real bullies. A lot of us are afraid to speak up because we know there will be retaliation. When a senior leader stands in front of the company at a town hall and says that he has brought in "his people" that sends a real message. And when those people act like they are afraid, what does that say about that leader? When there is fear and people are being bullied at all levels it doesn't help move the company in the right direction.

Karen Ignagni, President and Chief Executive Officer: I appreciate your comments and the opportunity to respond to your concerns. Every team member should feel great pride in the strides we’ve made over the past several years to change this company. That includes making a strong commitment to a culture of inclusiveness, mutual respect, and teamwork. I take that commitment very seriously and am firm in my expectation that everyone – from management to the front lines – make the same commitment. But it’s not enough to just make the commitment. We have to live it every day. And when we’re not, we need to hold each other accountable. We have processes in place to ensure that concerns are escalated and addressed. If you haven’t already done so, please reach out to your manager/supervisor or our Human Resources department so that we can give this the attention it deserves.

Pros

Location to subway and shopping area. Free coffee but remember to BYOC as budget cuts have affected everything. Printers are still working is definitely a plus until that gets outsourced too.

Cons

Selling off departments was the beginning of the end. Complete and total separation among departments. The people that knew the system are gone. All promises made to former employees have no been seen through. Getting worst by the minute....Save yourself.
