Pay - below industry standard(but you don't find this out until you start talking to other companies and seeing what industry standard is Work/life balance - for some reason against telecommuting for roles that require absolutely zero face to face interaction? Makes no sense other than to micro manage No room for advancement - partially due to the reduction of jobs available Poor communication - employees knew what was happening, instead of being transparent, most information from senior level upper management muddied the waters even more, adding to the already low moral. Reduction in benefits

Currently company is in very bad financial state. There are huge loses which may not be recovered in 5-10 years. Company has laid off 500+ employees in 2015 and more and more people are getting laid off or leaving the company. As a result of that the workload of remaining employees has almost doubled.
