Laid back environment with great coworkers. Company gym on premises. Dress down every day. Most departments work from home 2 days a week.

Cons

Not stable. Company had a massive layoff over the past 12 months. It's becoming more of an off shore company.

The company merged 3 times and the final merger resulted in the company of laying off half of the company
