Pros

Flexible 35 hour work week, good health benefits, 401k contributions, generous vacation time, clean, modern downtown building/location, work from home opportunities

Cons

Company is in flux right now. Good, talented people are leaving the company in droves due to lack of communication and direction from senior leadership. Employees laid off without warning.....people in good performance standing and many years in. No rhyme or reason, told "job eliminated".

Pros

Good benefits package, paid time off, working from home, gym on the premises, subsidized health insurance and lunch.

Cons

The company is comprised of kingdom-like departments where the king-bosses protect their turf at all cost. The resulting atmosphere is toxic and detrimental to the company. The bosses want to hold on to their jobs as long as they can and will hold on only to the employees they like. Merit does not matter, whom you know does.
