Pros
The Water Street office is a great location. It's bright and clean with beautiful view of the river. The cleaning crew is amazing.
Cons
Disorganized at every level. Leadership is disconnected from daily operations, making it difficult for them to make effective decisions. Mid-level management is overworked, stressed and often made the scapegoat for failures of leadership. Project Management division given too much control over business decisions. Communication between business areas is phenomenally poor. Important information is routinely kept from general employee population. Growth opportunities from within are virtually nonexistent.
