      Pros

      Mixed bag of skilled and unskilled employees. Some are decent and some needy.

      Cons

      - Senior management doesn't have a clue of how the company's day to day operations run - Poor business decisions which cost the company money and they cut down skilled employees to compensate for their mistakes - No job stability, extremely volatile (they fired 4000 employees in last 12 months or the rest left because of transitions ? ) - A lot of junk left from contract type jobs - Company is going to be a 1 star rated Health Insurance soon - Poor compensation

      Good location. Free coffee. On site gym at corporate office. Friendly co workers. Not much else is left in this struggling company.

      Cons

      New upper management has put another nail in this companies coffin. They have now outsourced IT jobs to foreigners through Cognizant.
