Working at emblem health was fun at first
Pros
The pros good benefits great pay but for someone i would say at the age of 18 you get a yearly $1 raise and 3 months after probation you get another raise PTO was awesome you get around 167 hours pto hours are great 8-4
Cons
Your whole life revolve around emblem health no room to grow unless you have been there 10 plus years well it seems everything is based on seniority and majority of the people who has been there is seniority . Management is very secretive and untrustworthy they will laugh and your face and then fire you . 30 min lunch same routine everyday . We were suppose to get are bonus this year however they made some lame excuse that the were unable to provide us with the excuse due to Medical hospital claims and pharmacy claims that had to be for the year of 2014 dental benefits sucks . I was there a year and a half and enjoyed the beginning
