Cons

Downsizing Complex systems New Management not comfortable with employees working remote, which threatens the work/life balance of the employees

Pros

Generous PTO, onsite cafeteria and work from home option.

Cons

The company is definitely not doing well and leadership hides in their offices. There is absolutely no accountability for anything and the lack of organization and communication is incredible. They preach all this about challenging the status quo yet leaders micromanage everything. It's def not the same company it once was years ago.

Pros

Gym, healthy incentives, telecommuting if you can get it.

Cons

This company is bleeding profusely and the employees are suffering. Management is the worst I've seen in my 30+ years in the workforce. Management and favored employees constantly throw other employees under the bus to cover their own hides due to either being overloaded with work or simply incompetent. No fairness in working from home. Others in department can work from home while others cannot and are expected to answer e-mails and do work off hours. Management expects you to perform as the "Lead" as per your title and subsequently micromanages to the point of wanting to be copied on every small item. No fairness in bonuses when they were given out. There are Directors with no direct reports and employees are getting laid off and there are Managers with departments of 3. In 7 years this company went from first to worst... with no recovery in sight.
