      Pros

      Talented, hard-working and dedicated employees.

      Cons

      Total lack of executive leadership. Communication from leadership to employees is non-existent. Leadership does a lot of talking and planning but can never execute. Reactionary project planning. Company allows "bully" management.

      For IT, all negative reviews are true, anything positive is from the minions of the CEO's son. * is too much.

      Pros

      Can't think of any for a motivated individual who actually wants to work hard. The mantra is kiss up and manage up.

      Cons

      Nepotism reins supreme. The pond is small and whatever the fishes left there are hungry but toothless - they can't get anything done. Very incompetent management in general. Good people get hurt, frustrated and eventually left. Bad people stay there forever because they can't get a job elsewhere. The environment is toxic for motivated individuals.

      Pros

      Employees are hard working and pleasurable. They put up with a lot of crap from management.

      Cons

      Management and low pay. Management gets the big bonuses and the employees get no reward and are reminded constantly "be glad you have a job".
