      Training was mostly on the job vs. structured training; there were always career opportunities an there was an annual incentive.

      Cons

      Annul salary increases were very low; the expectation is work more for the same annual compensation.

      Good, friendly people. Location in the Financial District is good. Relatively good benefits. # of PTO days is decent.

      Very disorganized, no structure. Managers with elitist attitudes. Almost none-existent training. Very high turnover rate

      Pros

      Allowed opportunity and exposure to many different corporate goals and projects affecting the bottom line.

      Cons

      Senior Management/Leadership has no idea of real labor hours when sizing projects and too focused on arbitrary savings dictated by a few leadership members with no proof of said such savings. NO loyalty to the hard working intelligent people who do the actual work. Senior Leadership needs to respect the professional staff who allows them to march foward!
