Your birthday is a holiday; no major holidays worked Monday- Friday schedule.

Cons

Poor unorganized training; no nesting period; uses teams to present info during 30 day training and you can’t see info presented. Thrown on phones with teams chat for support and no other way to answer a customers questions.

I worked as a Hedis nurse.Different experience from hands on nursing. I learned a lot and was able to work remote during Covid.

Cons

Very cut throat if you can’t keep up you are gone started with 40 other nurses for the season ended with less than 20.
