      lots of work available and safe planes

      pay lower than literally every flight school around the nation. horrible gossip factory. some seriously terrible management with stupidly unrealistic goals.

      The benefits are great, 401k match, healthcare etc.

      Cons

      The place is constantly in flux but without improvement, management is constantly trying new things that don’t work resulting in switching costs making up 20% of the effort put out by employees.

      New buildings. Everybody disappears over the summer.

      Cons

      Non caring administration. Run like a business more than a real university. Expensive for a flight school. Faculty salary GOAL is 50th percentile.
