      Pros

      At ERAU - Worldwide, we work with a wonderful student base, and you can truly contribute to the life of others in a positive way. The university also has a very comprehensive tuition program for employees and their dependents; I have put myself through both undergraduate and graduate school, and my husband also completed graduate school, with ERAU covering the bill for all tuition. Can't beat that!

      Cons

      Because most locations are spread out and separated from headquarters, there is little room for growth and advancement.

      -Great academics -Great supervisors/work environment -Pay is doable when budgeted properly

      Cons

      -Administrative grad assistants are now paid hourly, which means no more paid vacation or sick days (incredibly unfair in my opinion compared to teaching assistants) -Can not be able to afford living alone (have to roomate)
