Pros

If you are a student and did well in Physics, You should definitely become a physics tutor. It is very helpful and very great to help others learn physics.

Cons

So far I don't really see any downsides to working here as a student.

Pros

Excellent benefits, including free tuition, an unheard-of 9% 401k match, discounts at local businesses and day care facilities, choice of two insurance plans including a very good and low-cost HMO. Great culture, great people to work with, and a lot of opportunities for advancement within the company. Managers are accommodating and understanding about taking part of a day to take classes, or having to leave on short notice to take care of a sick child.

Cons

Somewhat convoluted corporate structure that's a bit at odds with it also being a non-profit. Sometimes lacking in organization from the top. But that doesn't affect the daily goings-on much.
