Pros

the students are generally bright and motivated, especially noteworthy as they sink into heavy debt

Cons

Bogus opinion of itself ... First in Aerospace Engineering ... on a list of only three schools and ERAU's branch campus is #3? Conveniently this list is only for master's level schools so ERAU doesn't have to match up with he big boys like MIT, Ga Tech, Purdue, et al.

Pros

Benefits package and strategic vision. Nice campus atmosphere. The industry niche is exciting to be involved in.

Cons

Long-term workers and managers with a fear of change, clique-ish behavior and bullying. Nepotism is very common throughout the campus.
