Pros

One of the Leading educational institute across the world for Aerospace and Aviation education and networking with industry giants. Free higher education opportunity to employees and family. Covers all the basic needs for insurance and retirement covers. Employee friendly work environment. Great Career growth prospects.

Cons

Not in to industry right at the foot-step. It is an educational industry with strong industry link-ups. But you need to network your way out to the industry.

Pros

pay is nice, they never seem to fire people, easy to get tenure compared to other universities, students are very active in out-of-class activities and clubs

Cons

They never seem to fire people, meaning incompetent people fill many positions (the Peter Principle) - people who would never get hired to a comparable position at another university. People are overseeing services when they have no business or qualifications for doing so. They seem to always look inward, never outward or at competing institions, meaning they are still doing things the way other universities were doing them 10-20 years ago. Services are woefully inadequate and out-dated and inefficient compared to other universities. This also ends up bloating administration and tuition - they lead the nation in student debt. The relationship between the Daytona Beach, Prescott, and Worldwide campuses is dysfunctional and strained.
