Can provide a little more training for new hires

Poorly managed, no one seems to know what they are doing. You cannot get a reply to emails, it just seems like no one here is really working. You cannot get a straight answer about anything from anyone. Very poorly paid and the most recent "raise" was 1%, yah you read that right, 1% which is just straight up insulting!! There was literally no training for my job, just had to learn as I went along. People are rude and disrespectful to others, a real toxic environment. I have never had so called professionals act this way. No options for remote or flex work.

Thus far there are not any cons to be offered.

No room for growth, it was presented as a future opportunity but no tangible path forward. Lack of management training. No remote flexibility. Dismal raises, even with stellar performance.

Airspace in local is overloaded, runways are limited and lead down to no time for actual training.

Micromanaging. No growth opportunities. Management doesn't like team getting along. Waiting months after start date for training cohort.

It's on the job detail posted by my employer, but the working environment is very dynamic and sometimes exhausting.
