Pros

Medical benefits, good airplane maintenance

Cons

Low pay, lots of dumb rules that say "don't do this" rather than training to correct issues.

Pros

The university boasts a very generous and competitive benefits package including healthcare, dental, vision, retirement matching, health savings account, and an optional summer schedule (you can elect to work four ten-hour days rather than five eight-hour days). As an employee, tuition for a certain number of classes per year is free. The university also provides an abundance of professional development training free of cost to employees.

Cons

As higher education continues to evolve and the demand for online education increases, staff at some physical locations suffer when employees transition to other jobs. The positions they vacated are not immediately, or ever refilled, which creates a heavier workload for the remaining staff.

Pros

The company has great benefits, lots of time off, and great pay. Most people are really wonderful

Cons

I had no training, my job description doesn't even come close to matching what we spoke about in the interviews, and my boss currently gives me no work. However, they expect me to look like I am busy all the time.

Pros

ERAU provides a decent work environment that provides good benefits, awesome coworkers, a 4-day work week during summer, and opportunities for extra-curricular activities and leadership development training opportunities.

Cons

A lot of coworkers complain about management and managerial decisions, opportunities for promotion or advancement are not very common.

Pros

Most co-workers are friendly and helpful. The people in the field are a small tight family. Great health, leave benefits

Cons

Directors are not all trained the same as there is no set training for new employees. Each campus is run differently and not always right.

Pros

I like to work in the office instead of interacting with students. This position consists of a lot of training. Other staff is very friendly. Overall, everybody is educated and decent.

Cons

The work is repetitive and sometimes my eyes hurt from staring screens for too long.
