      Pros

      Great People, Enjoyable Work, I was not micro managed. I was allowed a lot of freedom in this entry level position. I learned a lot while I was there. They gave me this job, to help fill in the gap after graduation.

      Cons

      As a temp employee, I had no benefits and very low pay. It was not the sort of job to keep long term.

      Pay is not conducive to spending overtime in class or preparing for lesson Higher mamangement seems a bit removed from the day to day issues

      Pros

      Students are very motivated. Faculty and staff are top-notch and very dedicated. Great flex-time options. Salaries are very competitive and there are great benefits too. Offices are generally very nice. Classrooms have necessary equipment. Very easy to get around campus. Love my colleagues and students!

      Cons

      Lots of men, few women. Sometimes there's an old-boys mentality but that is changing.
