Pros

In higher ed there is an 8%plus automatic contribution to your retirement account, no employee comp needed. Free tuition for yourself, spouse and dependent children.

Cons

ERAU is a private non-profit, but has a very stiff, old world military paradigm. The administration is stiff and unbending especially at a satellite campus. Military and Vets are given priority in all things.
