      Pros

      Embry Riddle offeres very competitive benefits, including a good amount of time off. Working with most of the students is very fun.

      Cons

      It is a "good old boy network" very hard to obtain recognition or advance your career if you are not one of the cronies.

      Pros

      I was able to have great flexibility in my work schedule so it never interfered with my classes. I also enjoyed working with the faculty and being paid to learn and research interesting topics.

      Cons

      My specific employer didn't really give clear and straight forward directions on what I had to accomplish for some of my tasks.

      Pros

      Great personal leave policy and extra days off during the holidays.

      Cons

      Human Resources is only out for the university, they are not for the benefit of the employee. There are issues within many areas of the university that are never addressed or taken care of. Personnel are still employed that have genuine problems with all other employees in the department.
